Keshi Sacdalan

Hi! I'm Keshi.

An emerging Filipino-Australian filmmaker who loves to tell unique stories,

whether it's fiction or factual.

BIO

Born in the Philippines, Keshi immigrated to Australia with her family where she eventually realised her passion for filmmaking. In 2019, she was attached on Mustang FC Season 3's production through VicScreen's Professional Attachment Program. In 2021, she showcased her talent with a folk horror short film called "Aswang," drawing inspiration from Filipino folklore. After graduating, Keshi embarked on her directorial journey, bringing to life her first independent short film, "Puppy, Brown, Male" in 2022, and also took on the role of producer for the Chinese mythology-inspired short film "Red String" in 2023. With a strong passion for unique storytelling, Keshi strives to create more opportunities alongside her fellow Asian-Australian creatives.
